Rooted is a catalyst for life change, creating a safe space for biblical exploration and practical learning experiences. The 11-week discipleship experience brings people closer to God through group discussions, a prayer experience, a serving experience, and a celebration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Rooted for ‘new Christians’ or ‘seasoned Christians’?
The answer is BOTH. Rooted is designed for all people to go through. It will help a new Christian understand God and what it means to follow Jesus. It will also challenge those who have been Christians for a long time by deepening their walk with God.
Can I sign up with friends?
You can sign up with friends or even your current small group. Please indicate this on your registration form.
What is the attendance requirement?
Rooted participants are expected to attend one outside experience and miss no more than 2 weeks of the normal group time.
What is the outside experience?
All Rooted groups will do a Serve Experience, taking place during our regularly scheduled meeting time. While we realize there may be some extenuating circumstances, we consider this a “can’t miss” experience through the Rooted journey.
Is childcare available?
Yes! Childcare is available for all 11 weeks. When registering, please make sure to indicate how many children you will need childcare for. This is provided free of charge.
Can I have my infant with me during Rooted?
No. At Calvary, we LOVE kids! However, we also know how important it is for adults to have focused time together to grow. With this in mind, please plan accordingly for any and all childcare needs. For mother’s with infants, please determine if this is the best season for you to take Rooted.
What is the cost of Rooted?
Registration cost is $30/person, which includes materials and a meal at the Celebration. This is due prior to the Rooted Launch each session, and no refunds are available after session 3.
